Notice to All Small Business Clients Impacted by COVID-19
Dear Business Owners,
As we receive updates on the COVID-19 crisis, our top priority is protecting the health and safety of our staff and clients. At the same time, we know that our business owners need our assistance more than ever. We have decided to provide business services in the following manner:
Current Loan Clients:
We want to continue to support our loan clients during this challenging time. We are offering our loan clients an option for 3 months loan deferment with interest only payments. Once you complete this deferment form, we will contact you of the loan modification status. If approved, your next payment will be automatically enrolled for 3 months of interest only payments. We will invoice you accordingly.

In addition to loan deferments, Renaissance is launching our Emergency Small Business Relief Loan Fund for businesses impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. If you are interested in an emergency relief loan, please complete the interest form here, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Processing Loan Applications:
We will continue to process current loan applications. Please work with your business counselor for the status of your loan application.
New Business Requests:
If you are not an existing client and would like to be considered for an Emergency Small Business Relief Loan, we ask that you complete the interest form here. A counselor will contact you as soon as possible.
