“Living in America” Fairs – The fairs are community events that bring together fifteen to twenty information booths sponsored by our partners encompassing banks, government agencies, and healthcare enrollers. Furthermore, the fairs offer seminars on homeownership, business and healthcare related topics in English, Chinese, and Spanish. The purpose of the fair is to educate the community with up-to-date information regarding these services.
Last year, over 2,000 spectators attended the event with coverage by various local medias. Through our extensive outreach in the community and the press, and an expanded event site we hope to have an even greater turnout and press coverage.
We hope you will take this opportunity to join the AAFE, CDF, and REDC in building a better future for the community.
The event is free and open to the general public so we encourage everyone to attend. For more information please Contact Us.
AAFE’s annual conference will take place this year on May 9th at New York University. The AAFE Conference is a yearly celebration of the issues and achievements that impact the Asian American community. A variety of programs, workshops and performances will be provided for attendees.
